Upload a passport, national ID or driving licence with your date of birth and address. Our team reviews every submission, and your files are stored privately.

How is my projected yield calculated?
Amount × annual rate × days in the horizon ÷ 365. For 10 units of the Luxury Resort Development that is $500 × 22% × 7 ÷ 365 = $2.11.
When does the investment horizon start?
When your participation is confirmed. Your maturity date is shown before you confirm and in your dashboard afterwards.
What does a flexible yield mean?
Sterling may revise the rate before the offering matures. A revision never reduces your principal, and yield already paid to you stays paid.
Can I withdraw before an offering matures?
Not at the moment. Your principal returns to your available balance at maturity, and you can withdraw it from there.
Which coins can I deposit?
BTC, ETH and USDT on the networks shown in your dashboard. Each coin lists its minimum deposit. Card and bank transfers are not available at the moment.
Can I deposit before my identity is verified?
Yes. You can fund your wallet while your review is in progress, but you need an approved identity to participate and withdraw.
