1.About this disclosure

This document explains the main risks of participating in offerings on the Sterling Holdings platform. Read it carefully before you invest, and consider whether investing suits your circumstances.

2.Your capital is at risk

The value of an investment can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Only invest money you can leave invested for the full horizon.

3.Projected yields are not guaranteed

Projected yields are targets based on each offering's terms and our assessment when it is published. Actual returns may be lower. Where a yield is marked flexible, the rate may be revised before maturity.

4.Past performance

The past performance of any offering, sector or asset is not a reliable guide to future results.

5.Liquidity

Your principal is committed for the full investment horizon and cannot be withdrawn early. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent, which can take time.

6.Sector risks

  • Real estate: property values, demand, construction delays and local regulation.
  • Precious metals: price movements and custody arrangements.
  • Digital assets: high price volatility, technology and custody risks, and changing regulation.
  • Energy infrastructure: construction, grid connection, energy prices and policy changes.

7.Cryptocurrency transfers

Deposits and withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency. Transfers cannot be reversed, and funds sent to the wrong address or network may be lost.

8.Counterparty and custody risk

Offerings rely on sponsors, operators and custodians. If one of them fails to meet its obligations, the value of an offering may be affected.

9.Regulatory risk

Laws and regulations affecting investments, digital assets or your country of residence may change, and could affect your ability to participate or withdraw.

10.No investment advice

Sterling Holdings does not give personal investment, tax or legal advice. If you are unsure whether an investment suits you, speak to a qualified adviser.
